Dear Fellow Patriots,
The summer should give us all a short break to reorganize and reprioritize what we plan to do with our lives in the second half of any given year.
At The Virginia Council we are busy making plans for our fall Virginia Forum speakers series, our educational seminars, our legislative agenda to close loopholes being exploited by cultural Marxists to ruin society, and most importantly our efforts to use the law and courts to stop the destruction of our historic sites, memorials, monuments, art, and tombs.
Next week we will announce our next Virginia Forum speaker. That Forum event will be September 25th once again at the Glenn Allen Cultural Center. This speaker is someone you've seen on national television and most recently with Tucker Carlson and her message is a warning to our society.
I can't wait to introduce you to her!
Also in the coming weeks I'll share more of the legal plans we are executing to attempt to save the statues that have already been dismantled and damaged and stop more decay.
On September 28, we'll convene our third annual Virginia Media Summit, bringing together journalists and aspiring journalists from across the Commonwealth. Our goal is strengthening existing outlets - and helping create new ones - that will provide fair, accurate and balanced reporting; allow a wide variety of opinions - including those often silenced or ignored conservative and traditionalist voices - to be heard; and help roll back the dangerous “news desert” in Virginia where local news of any sort is not available to the public. If you would like to help support this initiative please let us know.
Our organization is all VOLUNTEER but it costs money (more than anyone would ever expect) to work with lawyers and venues and contractors and we count on your support to help us make these events and plans happen.
Please make a donation to fund the effort to save our unique culture in Virginia here if you can.
Thank you.
John Reid
