News from The Virginia Council 8/24/25

Dear friends and fellow citizens,

How did we get to this point in the Commonwealth of Virginia when defending the rule of law, public safety, parental rights and primacy of citizens are attacked for being ‘right wing’? As polling shows, these are primary concerns for the majority of Virginians.

Upholding the first principles of our national and state constitutions is the duty of every Virginian, and let's face it, we have not kept as close an eye on our government and school boards over the years as they run rough shod over those principles. And what's the result? Schools that not only are failing to provide a basic education in the ABC's, but that now threaten to inject our children with anti-American socialist and perverted ideologies while they claim dominion over them!

Obviously when we have a news and media system beholden to those ideologies, it makes it tougher to figure out what is being done to our children and laws when stories about governmental abuses are suppressed.
When these organizations conspire to portray an alternative reality that fits their narrative, how do we fight back? By exercising discernment in our sources of information and supporting those that reveal the truth and calling out those who subvert it.

Please join us on September 30th for our next Virginia Forum event with intrepid reporter Julio Rosas who is one of those who puts his life on the line (literally) to bring us the reality of our current political situation. You can get tickets to hear him speak about his work here

And our first regular meeting will be September 10th at Park Lane Tavern with Michael Watson from the Capital Research Center, RSVP here. We look forward to seeing you again soon at our events, in the meantime stay cool and get prepared for a busy fall season with The Virginia Council.

Sincerely,

Julio is a proud college dropout and has previously served
in the Marine Corps Reserves.
His book, "Fiery But Mostly Peaceful: The 2020 Riots and the Gaslighting of America" details what he saw and experienced during the "Summer of Love."
The talk will focus on the serious challenge posed by the far-left to President Donald Trump's agenda of implementing mass deportations. While there has been progress on this issue, persistent resistance from street activists, political leaders, and the media demonstrates how much more work remains before the nation can fully address these interconnected challenges.
