I know, indeed, that some honest men fear that a republican government is not strong enough; … I believe this, on the contrary, the strongest Government on earth… Sometimes it is said that man can not be trusted with the government of others? The keynote speaker is Professor Robert F. Turner, UVA Professor of Law and The Jefferson-Hemings Chairman of the Scholars Commission Report. Our other featured speaker is Dr. Mark Andrew Holowchak, author of 30 books on Thomas Jefferson. It promises to be an enlightening and informative event regarding one of America's (and Virginia's) greatest philosopher, statesman, and politician. Their research and scholarship detail the full story of relevant & revealing information which makes the case for Jefferson's honor.
